Mums Group Fitness

Being a mum means ALOT of lifting and carrying plus constant repetitive actions. The classes focus on those lifting muscles, core, flexibilty and more! Children always welcome! Happy or cranky, we support each other through the session.

What a great find! MJ provides such energetic, encouraging and challenging sessions that I look forward to every week. I wanted to stay healthy and fit during my pregnancy and Dr MJ provided me with a lot of tips and exercises that I could do. Her advices were instructive and she even provided me with links to articles and videos that I could use. After my baby arrived, I also ask for her advice on babywearing! Would recommend her to anyone looking to stay fit and healthy pre and post pregnancy 🙂

I found MJ's proram and guidance is very useful. MJ provided very practical advice for sustainable diet changes which I continue to use. MJ support and the six week program motivated me to exercise in an enjoyable way. I'm now aware of a number of different exercises that can be included in my everyday lifestyle.

At the start of this year, I wanted to get back into exercising regularly. After listening to what I hoped to do, MJ came up with a individually tailored six week plan to help me get on my way. MJ has also provided invaluable advice on how to improve my diet by making small, and hopefully lifelong, changes-- from information on better understanding nutrition labels to recipes for overnight oats and jar salads. Throughout, MJ has been available by phone and email to answer questions and to provide support and encouragement, always with patience and professionalism. I am grateful for the help MJ has given me, and can highly recommend her services.
