One of my mantra is “when we know better, we can do better”. But as a mother of two young children, I know that sometimes life can get busy and overwhelming, making it difficult to find time to look after ourselves. But we cannot help or nurture others when our “cups” are empty. As mothers, our self-care is as important as the care we give to our families, if not more.
Over the last 6 years of juggling work, uni and kids, even though I might know better, sometimes I just can’t seem to do better. But with my knowledge gained from years in the health & fitness industry and as a researcher, I have come up with a way to help myself and many other women to manage their lifestyles and look after their well-being all at the same time.
